through all tunnels in which case such wires shall be of phosphor bronze or copper supported on brackets, or be carried in a cable or

cables supported on brackets, or be laid under ground, if so required

by the Manager of the Railway.

4. The position of all telegraph poles and brackets, the height of

all wires and all other details of construction shall be such as to

conform to the maximum or minimum structure gauge of the Railway, or es

the Kanser of the Railway shall otherwise approve.

5. Subject to the approval of the Lanager of the Railway the Company

shall be at liberty to attach additional wires to the said telegraph

poles and brackets.

6. The Manager of the Railway may at any time require the Company to make at the Company's own expense, alterations in the position of or

repairs to the Company's telegraph poles or brackets or to the wires

attached thereto or cables in the event of such alterations or repairs

being in the opinion of the Manager of the Railway required for purpos→

-es of the Railway; in which case a minimum notice in writing of 24

hours shall be given to the Company to commence to carry out such

alterations and repairs. In the event of the matter being urgent and

the Company delay or are unable to carry out such alterations or repairs immediately the Manager of the Railway shall be at liberty to carry out such alterations or repairs tue cost of which shall be repaid to

the Railway by the Company.

7. The Company shall at all times maintain the said telegraph poles,

brackets and cables and the said wires connected therewith, at the

company's own expense.

8. Per its shall be issued at all times by the Manager of the Rail-

-way to such workmen or inspectors of the Company as one Company may

employ to arts construct or maintain the said telegraph poles

brackets cables aui vires authorising such workmen or inspectors to

enter upon the Railway property including all bridges and tunnels.

9.

No liability shall attach to the Railway in respect of any

accident which may occur to any employee of the Company whilst performi any service, or being upon the Railway property under any such permit issued as aforesaid.
